New Builds & Builder Rough-Ins
Rough-in at frame stage, fit-off at handover. On time, every townhouse, every lot.
We work with builders and owner-builders across Casey, Cardinia and the western growth corridor, roughing in ducted and split systems at frame stage and returning to fit off before handover. Recent projects include ducted systems for in-construction homes in Clyde North and rough-ins across three townhouses in Sunshine. Builders come back to us because we turn up when the schedule says and leave the site clean.

Where it works
- Volume and custom builders
- Townhouse and dual-occupancy developments
- Owner-builders and knock-down rebuilds
- Extensions and second-storey additions
How we work with builders
- Design from the plans: heat loads, zoning and duct routes before the frame goes up
- Rough-in at frame stage: pipework, drains, cabling and duct runs concealed in walls and ceilings
- Fit-off after plaster and paint: indoor units, grilles, controllers and outdoor units
- Commissioning and handover documentation for the homeowner
- One contact for the whole job, and a schedule we keep
Systems we install on new builds
- Ducted reverse-cycle with zoning
- Multi-split for townhouses with limited outdoor space
- Split systems for individual rooms
- Heat pump hot water alongside the air conditioning
Questions we get asked
- When should the air conditioning be roughed in?
- After the frame is up and before plaster. That is when pipe runs, drains and duct routes can be concealed properly. Tell us your frame date and we book the rough-in around it.
- Do you supply the units for a builder package?
- Yes. We supply Panasonic, Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin or Fujitsu to suit the specification and budget, or install owner-supplied units.
